COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE — Digital Embroidery Files

Personal Use vs. Commercial Use

All digital embroidery files purchased from Trieuly Design and its affiliates are licensed for personal use only unless a separate Commercial Use License is purchased.

What Personal Use Covers

• Stitching the design for yourself, family members, or as a gift
• Making items for your own home

What Requires a Commercial License Use of these embroidery files for any of the following purposes requires the purchase of a Commercial Use License:

• Selling finished embroidered items (clothing, accessories, home goods, etc.) online or in person
• Using the design in a business, craft fair, market, or pop-up shop
• Creating items for fundraisers, events, or organizations
• Producing items in quantity for resale

How to Obtain a Commercial License A Commercial Use License can be purchased as a separate listing in this shop. Once purchased, you will receive confirmation of your purchase with Receipt and Order Number emailed to you. Please keep this for your records.

What the Commercial License Does NOT Cover

• Reselling, sharing, or distributing the original digital files
• Claiming the design as your own
• Sublicensing the design to others
• Mass manufacturing (print-on-demand or factory production at scale)

Important Notes

• One license covers all designs.
• Licenses are non-transferable and apply to the purchasing individual or business only.
• Purchasing the file does not transfer copyright. All designs remain the intellectual property of this shop.
